SecurKAT™ enables users to securely protect and organize their account numbers, passwords and other private data using their fingerprint to gain access to this sensitive information and fits in the palm of your hand.
With the proliferation of online accounts, many people tend to re-use the same passwords or choose ones that are easy to guess. If strong passwords are selected or assigned, they are frequently written down in notebooks or placed on various "stickies" and left in easily compromised locations. The SecurKAT allows storage of up to 200 accounts with the ability to auto-generate a password up to 24 characters in length.
If SecurKAT™ is either lost or stolen, the information on the device is highly encrypted and therefore useless.
SecurKAT™ has an embedded firewall to guard against potential software attacks when the unit is connected to a PC or other USB device and any secret information is either encrypted or stored in secure memory locations within a tamper resistant design. If the SecurKAT™ is lost, stolen or damaged, the encrypted files can be retrieved and restored to a new PSD during device set-up.
The SecurKAT also incorporates a data vault for secure storage of documents, images or any other digital data. The SecurKAT offers various stored memory options from 64MB to 8GB. The data is encrypted with either AES or 3DES.
