Bruce Welch is the founder and
President/CEO of BioCyph Inc.
As a defense contractor, Bruce established a specialty
design and manufacturing business, which produced a variety
of complex equipment, primarily for the U.S. Navy.
Bruce is trained as an industrial engineer with a BS from
University of South
Florida and understands what it
takes to run a large manufacturing operation. For many
years, he managed a $10 million facility with over 100
employees. He has worked within the Smart Card and
Security products industry for the past decade while
developing and marketing devices for the Financial, Consumer
Electronics and Communications industry. He has over twenty
years of experience in Executive and Management positions
within the technology industry. Prior to founding BioCyph he traveled
internationally for a large manufacturer within the
financial payments industry as the security spokesperson
giving presentations on electronic payment fraud and
encryption concepts. He sat on the Smart Card Alliance and
ANSI Encryption Standards committees.l His
experience with Smart Cards and realization of their short
comings stimulated his development and patenting of the
Personal Security DevicesTM that are now
BioCyph's flagship products.

Dr. Drew Durham
received a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas
and has had a
distinguished career in law and government, recently as the
Inspector General for the Colorado Dept. of Labor and
Employment, and previously as advisor
and legal counsel to two Texas Governors, the present U.S.
Attorney General, and the current President of the United States.
His pervasive knowledge of law enforcement, particularly in
the areas of identity theft and computer fraud, makes him
the ideal person to head BioCyph’s Information Security and
Compliance Division.

Dr. Ron Arthur is
responsible for Business Development within BioCyph.
Ron will serve in a dual role, initially, raising capital
while working with investors and later in developing new
customers.
Ron used both his early education (BA in Government from Florida State University)
and his more recent legal training (Juris Doctor and Masters
in Law) to negotiate major State contracts with world class
technology companies from his recent position as Director of
Executive Operations and Director of Strategic Planning &
Policy Initiatives for the Colorado Dept. of Labor and
Employment . Ron entered the information security
business several decades ago when he trained to become an
intelligence officer for the U.S. Air Force. He then
received the top position for his rank at the National
Security Agency where he served as Liaison Officer for the
Commanding General of the Air Force Security Service (3-Star
General Coira).
